Each session will comprise keynote presentations, followed by moderated panel discussions. The accent would be on building partnerships to address the needs in these areas.

The concluding plenary session aims to pull together key themes and present these in a communique. This will then be made available for further feedback (on the TASKNET Web site) before submission to the Global Knowledge II Conference.
